The excellent customer service, especially from Henry, truly enhanced our stay. We appreciated the early check-in and the convenience of leaving our bags for a full day of sightseeing.

For the price, the rooms feel cramped!!! Shower tiles are extraordinarily slippery, creating a safety hazard. A malfunctioning TV forced us to switch rooms, which was quite inconvenient at the end of a long day!!!

The hotel is perfectly located near the MRT, making it a breeze to explore Singapore. We loved the convenience stores and food options around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay with a young baby much easier.

In my wife’s opinion, the room size felt cramped for our family. A bit more space would really help families with children.

I had a pleasant stay in a cozy Superior Double Room. The location is excellently placed right above the MRT station. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with check-in and my requests. Clean towels and complimentary amenities were provided. Overall, a great experience! 👍

I loved the complimentary bottled water and warm drinks from the kettle, which were nice touches. The WiFi worked well, which was important for our stay. Housekeeping was hit or miss, but they did keep things clean enough. Overall, it’s great if you prioritize location and service over spaciousness.

Wow, the grilled fish at Straits Cafe had me dreaming about it long after! Plus, the super comfy mattress made for some cozy nights and the staff's friendliness was an absolute cherry on top. Who knew a tiny room could feel like home?

Now, the bathroom situation was a bit of a slippery slope—literally! No shower curtain meant a wet floor, and that awkward toilet roll dispenser? Yikes.

The pool area was clean and a nice space to relax. Best of all, it's just a few meters from the MRT and nearby eateries, making things super convenient.
